Call for Speakers

We are seeking dynamic speakers for six 45-minute Education Sessions to be held at the Spring Conference on Saturday, May 30. This is your opportunity to share your favorite topic and make a meaningful impact on fellow Toastmasters.

Educational sessions should focus on personal growth and help attendees become stronger leaders and communicators.

Applications submitted via the form will be accepted until March 8, with selected speakers notified by April 10. If you are not selected, there is also an opportunity to present at the poster sessions.

We are seeking mini-workshop poster presenters

Call for Posters

In addition to full-length sessions, we will host two 20-minute poster sessions on Saturday, May 30. Tables will be provided for trifold posters and accompanying items, with approximately 10 poster spaces available.

Poster sessions offer a relaxed, interactive way to engage with attendees as they circulate among displays. Topics may, for example, include club roles, personal or club growth, or Toastmasters history (such as Division or District highlights).

Applications submitted via the form will be accepted until March 8, with selected speakers notified by April 15.

Important Note:
Members competing in a speech contest at this conference may not present an education session or poster. Candidates for elected District offices are also ineligible to present, in accordance with election rules.
